LIPS publishes many articles about how to achieve a vaginal orgasm,
so it’s not uncommon for women researching the topic to eventually stumble upon the LIPS experience stories.
In past testimonials, many women have shared that while reading through those stories, they found themselves thinking:

I haven’t had sex recently… maybe being with someone experienced would be nice.

Everyone in these testimonials looks like they’re enjoying it so much—maybe I should apply and try it myself!
It’s not unusual for women to reach out from a mixture of curiosity and a subtle desire to experience pleasure again.
Riona, who graciously cooperated for this testimonial, is one such woman.
In her case, due to the influence of previous partners and the fact that it had been a long time since she last had sex,
she developed a small complex regarding her ability to achieve a vaginal orgasm.
With the intention of:

Everyone in these testimonials looks like they’re enjoying it so much—maybe I should apply and try it myself!
she decided to apply.
Riona’s Reason for Applying

As mentioned earlier, Riona carried a complex about achieving a vaginal orgasm.
Unable to withstand this pressure, she gradually began to see her inability to orgasm vaginally as a personal flaw.
Naturally, the frequency of sex decreased over time as well.
This pattern aligns with clinical research showing that anxiety, negative mood, and emotional stress can interfere with a woman’s sexual response cycle and diminish arousability and sexual functioning. One foundational study noted that psychological factors such as diminished intimacy, reduced sexual stimulation, and emotional tension often contribute to low sexual desire and disrupted sexual response in women.1
Unfortunately, there are men who internalize the unrealistic belief that:
「All women can cum like porn actresses do.」
This harmful expectation ends up hurting women emotionally and increasing cases like Riona’s.
During our pre-session conversations, she mentioned:

Sex did feel good itself.
Hearing that was reassuring?
because all I needed to do was draw out that pleasure fully during the LIPS experience.
No matter how deep a woman’s concerns are,
the LIPS approach stays consistent:
We start gently by awakening sensitivity in the internal erogenous zones.
Creating an Atmosphere Where Riona Can Feel Relaxed

When someone applies while feeling the way Riona did, negative thoughts tend to surface:
These worries can easily make it difficult to focus on the experience itself.
Since a LIPS session is meant to be a safe and soothing space,
I personally hoped she could at least relax and enjoy the moment without overthinking.

During the session, I just want you to relax and not think about anything.
Of course, I didn’t say that outright.
Instead, I focused on creating a mood that naturally made it easy for her to relax.
The environment of a LIPS session already provides a strong advantage in building such an atmosphere,
and both I and the women who participate make conscious use of that.
Riona Becoming Liberated Through Vaginal Arousal

When a woman carries negative emotions like Riona did,
her natural lubrication can also become unstable.
By reducing as many negative mental factors as possible,
she can enter the session already in a well-lubricated state.
When she’s naturally wet, it becomes easier for me to locate her internal erogenous zones,
which allows the session to start smoothly.
Vaginal wetness—or lubrication—is not just a physiological response; it plays a key role in sexual comfort and pleasure. Research published in The Journal of Sexual Medicine shows that women generally perceive increased vaginal wetness and the use of lubricants as enhancing sexual pleasure and comfort during intercourse.2
Fortunately, it seemed that the atmosphere we created worked well?
despite it being her first time in a long while,
Riona quickly shifted into a more liberated, open state,
fully embracing the pleasure.
You can see how she reacted up to this point
in the video recorded during the session below.
Video — Riona Immersed in Pleasure from Internal Erogenous Zone Stimulation
As you can see from the video,
she starts with a shy, embarrassed smile,
but gradually becomes more unrestrained:

Aaahhh—
Nooo… ahhhh—
Her moans reveal both embarrassment and unmistakable pleasure.
By this point, it’s clear she was already feeling
a significant amount of stimulation from her internal erogenous zones.
However, to increase the level of pleasure even further,
there are limits to what finger stimulation alone can achieve.
If her wetness and arousal meet a certain threshold,
it becomes possible for her to feel deeper pleasure
through the insertion of a vibrator.
If that threshold is not met,
vibrator insertion can cause discomfort or even pain—
so forcing it is absolutely not an option.
Inadequate vaginal lubrication has been medically linked to painful intercourse (dyspareunia), because insufficient moisture increases friction and can lead to irritation or microtrauma of sensitive tissues.3
Enhancing Pleasure with the Marine Beans

Riona had actually tried inserting a vibrator on her own
while checking the LIPS columns,
attempting to develop her sensitivity by herself.
But she told us that doing it alone had clear limitations.
She later talks about this more in her final comments at the end of the article.
During the session,
I could clearly tell that Riona had reached the arousal level
needed to feel pleasure from vibrator insertion.
So I decided to use the vibrator we also recommend at LIPS—
the Marine Beans—
and let her experience a deeper, more amplified pleasure.
Even though Riona had said:

When I try using a vibrator alone, I barely feel anything…
I wanted to see
how much pleasure she would now be able to feel
during this guided LIPS session.
You can see how she reacted
in the video recorded during this part of the session below.
Video — Riona’s Pleasure Doubles with the Marine Beans
Near the end of the video, when she’s in the 69 position, Marine Beans is inserted from behind.
Unable to handle the overwhelming pleasure, she moans:

Ahhh—nooo—
I can’t lick you like this…
Compared to the first video, her voice is much more uninhibited, clearly showing how much more pleasure she’s feeling.
As for internal orgasms, her vaginal sensitivity has noticeably increased, and although she hasn’t fully reached a deep climax, she has come very close.
Considering her initial concern—
“I have a complex about not being able to come…”
—we intentionally decided to leave room for further progress and move on to the next step.
After all, one of the reasons she applied was not only her “complex about coming,”
but also, as stated in the article title:
“I haven’t had sex recently, so I wanted to boost my confidence.”
Regaining Confidence Through Sex After a Long Break

For women, the most important thing to avoid during sex after a long period of abstinence is pain.
Especially in Riona’s case, where she was already self-conscious about how long it had been—and even carried a bit of a complex—
experiencing pain here could easily have caused her to lose confidence rather than gain it.
To ensure she could enjoy sex comfortably without pain, the progression up to inserting Marine Beans had gone smoothly—at least based on my experience.
Riona’s level of arousal, her emotional state, and the overall atmosphere all needed to be assessed together before proceeding.
As a result, she felt zero pain, both during insertion and after.
Instead, she immediately moaned:

Aaaaaahhhh—!
Even when we switched to a position where I was hitting deeper inside, she cried out:

Wait—wait—! It’s too deep—nooo!
—but it was clear that these were cries of pleasure, not discomfort.
Although individual experiences vary widely, deep internal stimulation can be pleasurable for many women, partly because of the complex nerve distribution in the pelvic region.
Anatomical research has mapped a rich network of sensory and autonomic nerve fibers in the female reproductive tract, including regions adjacent to the cervix and vaginal walls, indicating that these areas have the capacity to transmit sensory signals to the central nervous system.4
She seemed far more aroused—and far more proactive—than I had initially expected.

During cowgirl position, she said:

If I move even a little, I’m gonna lose it…
and I teased her:

You’re barely moving at all!
We were laughing together, relaxed and enjoying the moment.
“Having fun while feeling good”—
this is what naturally leads to regaining confidence in sex.
You can see everything up to this point in the video below, which she graciously allowed us to film.
Riona Enjoying Sex Again After a Long Break – Experience Video
Across many LIPS columns and testimonials—including this one—we always emphasize the same thing:
Becoming negative about sex because you “can’t come internally”
due to pressure or guilt toward your partner is far too wasteful.
If the man you’re with is the kind who selfishly turns a fantasy into a standard and pressures you over it,
then the idea of “I must learn to come internally for his sake” is simply nonsense.
First, prioritize experiencing pleasure at your own pace.
If you don’t start there, achieving internal orgasms becomes extremely difficult.
And if you feel insecure, like Riona once did,
you can always rebuild your confidence through a LIPS session.
Riona’s impressions
At first, I was embarrassed and nervous, so I was trying to hide it…
but it felt so good that I just couldn’t hide it anymore (lol).
It was my first time realizing that it’s not only my clitoris—
the inside can feel this good too!I was anxious about having sex again after such a long break,
but once I let myself trust h-i, I ended up really enjoying it.Until now, I was so obsessed with the idea that ‘I must come internally!’
that I completely forgot to enjoy pleasure itself—
or even what feeling good felt like. This experience helped my body finally understand that.
I now see that I still have so much room to grow in terms of pleasure,
and I want to take this positively and continue pursuing even deeper sensations!

Notes
1・A study published in the Journal of Sex & Marital Therapy highlighted that psychological factors such as low motivation, decreased sexual arousal and reduced emotional intimacy are common contributors to low libido in women, suggesting that anxiety and related negative emotions can interfere with increased sexual arousal and pleasure.
2・Clinical trials have shown that water-based lubricants can reduce discomfort and go beyond simply relieving dryness and pain to improving overall sexual function, including desire, arousal, orgasm, and satisfaction.
3・According to the American Academy of Family Physicians, insufficient lubrication can directly contribute to genital trauma and discomfort during intercourse.
4・This neuroanatomical foundation suggests that, for some women, stimulation deep inside the vagina may contribute significantly to sexual sensation and pleasure.
