Lips (hereinafter referred to as “the esthetic”) applicants, please make sure to read the following operational policies.
Cancellation Policy
At the esthetic, we strictly handle cancellations after application, same-day cancellations, applications made for frivolous or mischievous purposes, and applications made with half-hearted or inappropriate intentions.
We receive a large number of applications from women every day. Therefore, it is challenging to adjust the schedule of our representative, who is also dedicated to making preparations focused on ensuring 120% satisfaction for the women scheduled for an experience. Particularly, cancellations after application and same-day cancellations not only inconvenience Lips management but also create problems for other applicants.
Unilateral cancellations without accommodating schedule adjustments, after confirming the scheduled date for the experience, will be deemed disrespectful and contemptuous towards Lips. Defamation, mischief, and similar actions lead to even more harm.
Therefore, in the event of a unilateral cancellation after confirming the scheduled date for the experience, a flat fee of 10,000 yen is charged as a cancellation fee, and for same-day cancellations, a flat fee of 20,000 yen is charged, regardless of the reason. This fee may seem high, but we offer a system that welcomes women free of charge, so please understand the necessity of the cancellation fee.
Regarding the avoidance of cancellation fees, please be aware that Lips will take legal action through the legal advisor and law firm exclusively engaged by the corporate entity that operates Lips.
Prohibited Activities
People with illnesses or infectious diseases cannot participate.
- Women who provide false information regarding age or body type on the application form, as well as women weighing 65kg or more, cannot participate.
Please provide honest information in all cases. If there are no applicable items on the form or if you have something to inform Lips about, please write it in the remarks section of the application form. - Women engaged exclusively in the adult entertainment industry, prostitution, or compensated dating cannot participate.
- Men and women engaging in religious, political, or business activities (that may be perceived as offensive) at Lips cannot participate.
- Women exhibiting persistent persuasion, unethical behavior, or stalking behavior at Lips cannot participate.
- Other items that Lips deems inappropriate based on common sense.
Regarding Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs)
At Lips, we rigorously manage prevention and hygiene related to STIs. However, because humans are living creatures, it cannot be asserted that STIs can be “100% absolutely prevented.” The numerical possibility of “100%” does not exist.
Therefore, women who wish to experience the women’s sensual massage at Lips should not consider STIs as something that doesn’t concern them and should read the following, even if it’s just for reference.
Illnesses do not discriminate. Therefore, we thoroughly manage STI testing at the esthetic. Specifically, we require regular STD testing every 3 to 4 months and submit the results to Lips’ operating company for inspection to ensure zero infection among women.
In addition, Lips representative h-i strictly enforces condom use for private sexual encounters, prioritizing safety.
However, in society today, there are STIs that don’t even exhibit symptoms in women or men. If a participating woman happens to be carrying such an STI, there is a possibility that the infection could spread to other applicants.
We do not mandate STI testing for women who wish to experience the Lips women’s sensual massage or for women who regularly use Lips. We have not confirmed this here. However, even with our current management system, no STIs have occurred so far, and we believe it’s for the best. Nevertheless, we are considering making STI testing mandatory for participating women in the future.
Therefore, if possible, we would be honored if women could participate after confirming through STI testing that they are not infected with STIs. It is possible that, especially in cases where individuals are overly confident that they are not infected, a positive result may still emerge.
You are the only one who can protect your own body. Regardless of whether you apply or not, we recommend getting tested for your own health.
